Understanding Veteran Benefits

More than 80 veterans and family members flocked to the HPCIC center at Livermore Valley Open Campus on Wednesday to learn more about veteran benefits.

This event, sponsored by the Veterans in Energy Technology & Science (VETS) employee resource group, featured a panel of veteran benefit experts who spoke on a variety of topics, such as how to obtain benefits, how to navigate the VA's systems, how to utilize Veteran Service Officers, upcoming changes in veteran benefits and more.

The panel discussion was moderated by Lab employee and VETS career service officer Andrew Fry.
